Main reason for my call was to clean the carpets in my daughter’s room but had the whole upstairs cleaned. There were multiple ink and pans stains from various incidents over the past 12 months. I’m moving from the area and about to put my house on the market. That one room needed to be addressed before showing the house. I decided to see if cleaning would suffice in place of new carpet. I was not disappointed. 360 Steam Carpet Cleaning LLC was very flexible in scheduling the appointment and was able to come on short notice. Milan was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to remove most the stains and what he couldn’t remove looks 10 times better than before. The carpet overall looks clean and the fibers in the high traffic areas look healthier. Very satisfied and would definitely hire again for a routine cleaning or to clean up an accident.

He called the next day to ask if any stains came back. None had surfaced. When 2 stains surfaced a day later I called him & he came right away and did a fantastic job of removing them. We needed our carpet cleaned ASAP due to an unfortunate mishap that was stinking up our house.
